The joyful NOISE that the miracle in Mallardville has generated in my heart will resonate forever. It has been a pleasure to shop, snack and share your comfy facility with you. We have settled the problems of the world, laughed at our own short comings, and prayed together when the need was there. For all of this, I thank you and can hardly wait to see how the next phase will evolve. “He never closes a door that He doesn’t open a window” God bless

Will you still offer that great Hot Dog online? I certainly will miss our drop-ins and your welcoming heart.

    Your Friend, Andrea

Lunch hours and coffee breaks (or should I say tea breaks) just won’t be the same. I too thank you for what you have given and brought to this community but especially for the friendship we shared over the past five years and I know for years to come. We never know what God has in store for us, but comforted to know that His plan is the best. My prayers are with you and I know that you will continue to follow your heart and trust in Him. I will miss Joyful Noise, I will miss you Peggy! :(

    Hi Peggy,

I am sorry to hear you are closing but I totally understand. We see it alot, and it is so difficult for small business, too many taxes and too much paperwork!!! I think you and Patrick have done a great job and given so much to people. I will see you soon. Take care.

  6. Noel Says:

    Dear Patrick and Peggy,

It saddens me no end that such a brave and generous venture as you embraced 5 years ago must be abandoned in favour of keeping up with the times. I don’t think any medium could adequately replace the personal touch, the warmth and the welcome that was the hallmark of your lovely little business. With all my heart I wish you well and assure you that your intentions in this regard will be frequently in my prayers.

  7. Margaret Says:

Sorry to hear that you are closing. I know it is not easy running a business today.

I have enjoyed receiving your emails. Always remember: “Whenever the good Lord closes a door, somewhere he opens a window!” Stay in touch!

Take care and all the best! Will keep you in my prayers.

We all know that when He asks us to let go of something, it is because He replaces it with something much better. How exciting is that? Praying for your continued success.

    Dear Peggy:

I seldom keep in touch with you but I will always be grateful and remember how you helped Aquinas Institute publish the book “Meditations on the Holy Eucharist” with your publishing expertise, good heart and charity. You and your husband have done very good works to bring people closer to God through your good examples, your Joyful Noise Book Store and your genuine love for people. May He reward you with special, abundant blessings.

Love in Christ, TERESITA “TISHA” NIXON, M.A. Director – Interpretation & Translation Services Aquinas Institute Corporation

awww..ohhh… But; because we believe that things happen for a reason… the graces of God is always there to protect us.(middle east here we come!) What is happening to the old/updated home that was brought to “life” through the love and unity of family and friends?

  11. Larry & Catherine Says:

God bless you Patrick & Peggy for the wonderful and dedicated effort you have given for the benefit of our community. Its hard to say … what…? We can’t say its sad, or too bad because in God’s plan all is well when we put our trust in Him. Sooooo whatever God has in store for your and for this ministry must be quite wonderful. The one thing we thought of regarding time is the fact of your ‘neighbour’ closing shop. God bless you and your family and all that God has in store for you! We love you and keep you in our prayers & mass offerings. XOXOXO Larry & Catherine
